Although Michelle is no longer accepting new clients for individual therapy, she continues to serve the community through consulting and leadership work, drawing on her extensive clinical and business experience to help others grow with purpose.

As the founder of Integrative Health Services, Michelle has expanded the practice to three thriving locations — Pelham, Alabaster, and Gardendale — and now focuses her energy on mentoring and developing the next generation of clinicians and leaders. She is passionate about fostering an environment where every team member performs at the highest level, uses the latest evidence-based approaches, and brings transparency, empathy, and integrity into every client interaction.

Michelle’s passion extends beyond the walls of IHS. She enjoys consulting with other group practice owners and high-achieving women across various industries, helping them grow their businesses sustainably, find balance between professional and personal life, and achieve success without burnout.

She is also deeply committed to community development and improving access to mental health care across Alabama. Michelle regularly collaborates with other group practice owners to promote education, share best practices, and ensure clients receive the most appropriate care — even if that means connecting them with other agencies that better meet their therapeutic needs.
