    Breanna is a Licensed Master Social Worker practicing under the supervision of Caron Sandefur, LICSW, PIP. She creates a warm, welcoming, and judgment-free space where clients can show up exactly as they are and feel genuinely supported.

    She earned both her Bachelor and Master of Social Work degrees from Jacksonville State University, where she was a member of the Phi Alpha Honor Society and the Marching Southerners.

    Breanna is passionate about providing care that is affirming, collaborative, and accessible. She is committed to helping individuals feel seen, heard, and understood at every stage of life. Her experience spans work with individuals and groups across diverse settings, including the Department of Human Resources, school-based therapy, and behavioral health. These experiences have shaped her dedication to culturally competent, approachable mental health care.

    She supports clients navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, life transitions, stress, self-esteem challenges, and everyday overwhelm. As an ally of the LGBTQIA+ community, Breanna is committed to creating a safe, inclusive environment where all clients feel respected and empowered.

    Her approach to therapy is integrative and client centered. She incorporates techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) to help clients build practical skills while also fostering healing, growth, and self-compassion. Breanna believes therapy should be authentic, collaborative, and tailored to each person’s unique goals and experiences.

    A lifelong Alabama resident, Breanna values connection, and authenticity. She believes meaningful moments are often found in simple things—shared laughter, honest conversations, and small joys in everyday life. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, trying new recipes, crafting, and spending time with friends and family.
