    Leah is an Associate Licensed Counselor under the supervision of Shea Miller, LPC-S. She earned both her Bachelor of Arts in Music and Master of Education in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Montevallo. With a background in community mental health, Leah brings a compassionate, client-centered approach and a strong commitment to making quality care accessible.

    Leah works with individuals at many stages of life, from the teen just starting high school to the adult navigating retired life, her doors are open. She is passionate about working with those navigating ADHD, anger, living with chronic illness, men’s and women’s issues, individuals in the LGBTQ+ community, and the individual who needs space to discuss sensitive or intimate topics. She is dedicated to creating a welcoming, supportive environment where clients can feel comfortable being themselves while working toward meaningful growth and healing.

    Her approach is rooted in person-centered therapy, with a collaborative style that empowers clients and respects their unique experiences. Leah takes a holistic perspective, tailoring each session to meet the individual needs and goals of the people she serves.

    Outside of the therapy room, Leah enjoys baking, video games, knitting, crocheting, and spending time with her partner, friends, and pets.
